Consciousness & Health

Say the words “mind-body connection” and most people assume you’re talking about the brain and its influence on their physical well-being. Others see the mind, or consciousness, differently – not as the servant of a material body but as its master. This column is an exploration of this very connection, a deeper understanding of which has the potential to make us all healthy, happy, and whole. You’re invited to join this exploration by offering your own comments on what increasing numbers of doctors, scientists, researchers, and Everyday Joes alike are beginning to agree is the undeniable connection between consciousness and health.
