Billy was born and raised in the deep south suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama. He is a lifelong sports fan and played football and baseball at the high school level. Billy attended Auburn University and attempted to walk on to the Tigers football team in 2003, however he was turned away. He remains a huge Auburn Tigers fan still today. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a bachelor of science in political science, focus in American government. And a minor in health education.
