Allison Addicott holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, a Master in Divinity from Pacific School of Religion (Berkeley), and has done PhD work at both Drew University in New Jersey and the Graduate Theological Union/Berkeley in Philosophy and History of Religion. The recipient of numerous scholarships, Allison received the Paul Wesley Yinger Award for public speaking when she earned her Master's degree. She has worked in non-profit development, and a variety of editorial positions (both academic and community publications.) Seeking to find the intersection of religion and politics around the globe, and where we might forge common ground, Allison writes in an attempt to bring informed and thougtful analysis to some of the critical issues we face in the 21st century.
