LOS ANGELES, July 3, 2013 — Tampa Bay made a trade for the future in the offseason. Among the prospects they received in return for James Shields from Kansas City was a kid named Wil Myers. He made his MLB debut in the middle of June and has been on a tear since, not a Puig tear, but a normal human tear, which Rays fans hope is more sustainable.

During spring training, Wells On Baseball selected two prospects from each organization to look out for in 2013. Here is how those selected prospects from American League teams have performed so far this season.
