DALLAS: LIVE CHAT Season Two opener 9pm EST on TNT

J.R. is gone and nothing will change that! Hollywood Buzz is that the season is being rewritten - but how will we lose J.R. this time? Photo: Patrick Duffy - Larry Hagman / Dallas on TNT

LOS ANGELES, January 27, 2013—After 21 years, “Dallas” returned in 2012 for ten episodes. The second season of the relaunch starts tonight, and the Ewings will face more inner and outer turmoil than ever before.

Tonight Season Two begins with the writers having scrambled to adjust the plot line due to star Larry Hagman’s death.  They have five shows with Hagman in them in the can, and the promise of some TV magic in order to write the character off the show - with the proper respect for the beloved actor, Larry Hagman, and the scoundrel we love, J.R. Ewing.

We will begin the chats tonight, and keep them going as we watch and discuss the show as Season 2 reveals the future for Southfork’s residents.
