WASHINGTON, October 16, 2012 - Presidential debates, dancing celebrities, and baseball playoffs among the choices for tonight’s viewing.
8:00PM- This hour includes detectives, dancing celebrities, and debuts of new talents.
ABC: Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars LIVE: Forth round results and a duet by Susan Boyle and Donny Osmond.
CBS: NCIS: Los Angeles: In its 10th season, the cast includes Michael Weatherly, Sean Murray, Pauley Perrette, David McCallum, and Brian Dietzen. According to executive producer Gary Glasberg, the theme for the season is “fallen heroes,” a direct reflection of what the team faces in the aftermath of last season’s explosive finale. In this episode the team hunts an international killer. (Repeat)
NBC: The Voice: Part 2: Screen favorite Carson Daly hosts this talent competition show starring Celo Green, Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. With their backs to the stage, celeb judges have only the contestants voice to judge their talent by. The battle round continues with celebrity advisers Rob Thomas, Mary J. Blige, Michael Buble, and Billy Joe Armstrong.
FOX: Raising Hope: James “Jimmy” Chance (Lucas Neff) is a clueless 23-year-old who must raise his infant daughter, conceived from a one-night stand, with the help of his flawed family that includes Virginia Chance ( Martha Plimpton) as Jimmy’s mother, Jimmy’s father Burt Chance, (Played by Garret Dillahunt), and a delightfully unorthodox grandmother played by Cloris Leachman. In this new episode the Chance family continues to plot the escape of Maw Maw from a retirement home, but hit a snag when Maw Maw wonders if she will get the same quality of care at home.
CW: Hart of Dixie: Fast talking New Yorker Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) lands a job as a general practitioner in Bluebell, Alabama after her plans to be a cardio-thoracic surgeon in New York City fall apart. In this new episode Zoe realizes there is an error about her in an alumnus magazine and invites the reporter to Bluebell to correct it.

FOX: Ben and Kate: This show focuses on the lives of brother and sister Ben (Nat Faxon) and Kate (Dakota Johnson), polar opposites of each other. Ben is a hopeless dreamer, while Kate is a pragmatic single mother of one and a bar manager. They move in together to help each other find the common middle ground each lacks. In this new episode Ben throws Kate the 21st birthday party she never had.
9:00PM: This hour features the presidential debates and the vision and triumph of five notable men who helped build America.
CNN: Coverage and analysis of the second Presidential debate starts at 7:00pm with Mr. Romney and President Obama taking the stage at 9:00pm. The debate’s format is a town hall meeting at Hofstra University in Hampstead, N. Y., where the candidates will take questions from the audience. The debate moderator is CNN’s Candy Crowley.

The History Channel: The Men Who Built America: A New War Begins. Out of the turmoil of the Civil War a new America emerges that is focused on growth that will forever change the landscape of the country.
