CHICAGO, August 24, 2011—The Tea Party Report debuts an exciting new comic strip series called, “Tea Party Toons.” 

It’s been a cruel, cruel summer for President Obama. His approval ratings are at a record low. This week’s “Tea Toon” asks the question: What has President Obama really accomplished in the last 2.5 years?

Is it just ice cream accomplished?
