WASHINGTON, June 14, 2013 ― Oren Laruent founded Banc de Binary out of his vision to make investing more available and equitable to those outside of the wealthy elite.

Banc de Binary is the world’s leading boutique investment firm specializing in the trading of binary options, a hot financial product that provides buyers with a known return on investment that can be confirmed prior to the option’s purchase.

“I worked on Wall Street in the years leading up to the meltdown and was appalled at the recklessness of the [so-called] ‘respectable’ financial institutions” he recently told Susan Wright of Investment Underground. “A lot of innocent people lost everything because of the criminal negligence and greed of the so-called financial ‘elite’. The financial markets have always been a closed shop and inaccessible to outsiders, which is why people needed the brokers who ultimately ended up costing them everything. I wanted to change all that and, fortunately, I was young and naïve enough to think I could succeed. “

As a child, Oren Laruent’s parents groomed him to study to become a medical doctor; however, when he came of age, he chose the path of economics and finance instead. He had been interested in the world of finance since early childhood and was passionate about building a career as a financier. His parents eventually gave their blessing for him to pursue finance, albeit begrudgingly so. I’m sure they are patting themselves on the back for that decision now.

Founded in 2008, Laruent’s Banc de Binary has grown from a small finance shop to a multi-million dollar company with 250 employees and over 200,000 clients in over 80 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. “Establishing Banc De Binary has been to a large extent a personal adventure and journey” said Laruent. “After the financial crisis of 2008, I was dismayed at the state of the financial world, embarrassed by what damage many brokers had caused to the economy and the impact this had had on the lives of people worldwide”.

Prior to founding Banc de Binary, Laruent was a highly successful financier with a leading brokerage firm. He quickly built a reputation for his superior acumen and consistent results when he joined the firm after graduating from New York University (NYU).

He has brought that same work ethic and standard of excellence to his company, which has experienced meteoric growth.  For instance, Laruent and his management team had set a goal of reaching the 10,000 client mark by the end of 2011; they had double that number by as early as June.

Oren attributes much of his company’s success to the timing of his vision and his willingness to take action on it before anyone else could. “We were the first to market and have really capitalized on that”, he said during a recent interview.

The company’s amazing success has also been credited in part to its customer-centric focus. “The customer service and brokerage team are incentivized to make our clients’ experience with Banc De Binary as user-friendly, transparent and profitable as possible”, said Laruent. “It’s this ethos that sets us apart and has enabled us to win awards for Best Broker, Best Customer Service, Best Platform, Best Security and back-to-back World Finance 100 awards.”
