CALICUT, October 26, 2012- While the Optimist buries himself in blind faith, the Blind Pessimist and Optimistic Realist are hatching a plot against the Realistic Optimist.
Optimism chances into our dwarfed lives,
Lengthening our chances with positive strides,
If I am biased towards winning and lose?
The Blind Pessimist demands the Optimist’s head.
Juggling between life and life, resting on hope,
The Blind Optimist wonders if death exists for the living,
Ah, he says, I can make the living rise from the dead,
And I can never be caught napping, let alone pass away.
The Optimistic Realist executes a strategic plan,
To drown the Optimist in its own optimism,
Having the last laugh, the Realist buries the Optimist,
Deep within his thoughts; but who’s buried whom?
The Optimist wakes up in a different mind,
The Realist wakes up to his reality of life,
Presently taking to bury himself in Optimism.
Realistically Optimistic, he re-builds a resilient life.
