MILLINOCKET, Maine, June 8, 2013 – We need a version of Monopoly based on the current immigration debate. Obviously the most prominent feature would be the “Get Everything Free” card.

So the government is seizing phone records? And people are surprised? A government spying on its citizens? … How shocking!

It’s human nature, for some people, to want to know what the neighbors are doing, whether it concerns them or not. It’s called snooping, but if a bureaucracy does it, it’s called “national security.

We, the citizens have allowed the exponential creep of government intrusion into our lives for quite a while, so there should be no surprises.
