The GOP will eventually be just a club for has-beens. Photo:

MILLINOCKET, Maine, June 29, 2013 ― It was a good week for soon-to-be-Americans and soon-to-be-wedded LGBTs. And we shouldn’t forget the oddly timed reversal of the anti-discrimination voter law. So, bi-sexual illegals of color can get married but may not be able to vote? It’s all so confusing!

The Republicans seem hell-bent on removing themselves from the political landscape. If immigration reform is passed as currently represented, the GOP will eventually be just a club for has-beens, lounging in the sitting room, dressed in their smoking jackets and forever fantasizing about past relevancy.

If you are in the LGBT camp, you’ll likely have a veritable smorgasbord of places to tie the knot.

Just be aware that the divorce lawyers are cheering you on, because they know that statistically you’ll be requiring their services somewhere down the line.
