MILLINOCKET, Maine, July 28, 2013 — Now that Anthony Weiner has lost his campaign manager and Bob Filner has announced he’ll take a two week “intensive counseling” vacation, what’s next for our bi-coastal, sexually challenged duo?

Are New Yorkers so forgiving that they will still give Weiner a chance? Can Filner thwart a recall bid by enraged San Diegans?

Maybe it’s time to consider neutering politicians so they won’t be so distracted.
