MILLINOCKET, Maine, January 8, 2012 — Even though Newt Gingrich will now have also to contend with Rick Santorum, he first hopes that payback will be forthcoming for Mitt Romney. While Mitt effectively KO’d him in Iowa, Newt refuses to give up without continuing the fight.

As soon as he can untangle himself from the ropes, Newt will come out swinging in the hopes he can land an effective blow to Romney’s campaign.
