OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok—There are plenty of special deals and hot spots for New Year’s Eve in Oklahoma City. Here are some of the best that the city has to offer.

 

 

Opening Night

Opening Night has become a New Year’s Eve cornerstone with music, entertainment and fireworks. Opening Night starts 7pm and goes until midnight in downtown Oklahoma City. 

Wristbands are $8 in advance, or $10 at the event. Purchase wristbands at 7-Eleven, Homeland, Science Museum Oklahoma and MidFirst Bank Locations.

 

 

 

Flaming Lips New Year’s Eve FREAKOUT 2011! 

 

 

 

 

Oklahoma’s own Flaming Lips will once again be performing at the Cox Center to ring in the new year. This year they will be giving a special performance of The Soft Bulletin at midnight.

Tickets are still available for as low at $10.

 

 

 

 

 



Riverwind NYE Houseparty

 

 

Riverwind Casino will be hosting their own New Year’s Eve Houseparty. The party will have dancing, a performance by Superfreak and of course gambling. 

$20 for singles, $35 for couples. Includes free breakfast champaign toast and snacks.

 

 

 

 

New Year’s Eve Bash @ Buddha Tao
