LOS ANGELES, September 29, 2013 — Welcome to The Washington Times Communities NFL chat for the Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns game. Please feel free to chime in and have your voice heard. Today you will interact with Communities football analyst, Eric Golub, as well as the Communities sports editor, Kevin J. Wells.
The Bengals overcame a 16 point deficit last week to shock Green Bay and pretty much the rest of the NFL. Now they try to avoid a letdown against their instate rival.
Normally playing the Browns is an automatic win, but Cleveland has been revitalized. Forget Trent Richardson. The big news was the play of third string quarterback Brian Hoyer. The Browns won on the road, and the team already had a respectable defense.
Projection: The Bengals are favored by 4.5 points. Upset special, the Browns will win outright.
