The Detroit Lions survived Adrian Peterson and the Vikings last week, winning 34-24 at home. Matt Stafford threw for 357 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Reggie Bush ran for 90 yards in his Lions debut and tacked on another 101 yards receiving with a touchdown.
The Arizona Cardinals lost to the St. Louis Rams on a field goal in the final minute. Carson Palmer targeted 10 different receivers while throwing for 327 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Projection: Detroit is favored by one point. Cardinals will win outright.
