LOS ANGELES, January 7, 2012 – A pair of storied franchises do BCS battle for the College Football Championship. The Alabama Crimson Tide have the legend of Paul “Bear” Bryant and his six championships. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have Knute Rockne, Ara Parseghian and the Four Horsemen.

Notre Dame last won it all for Lou Holtz in 1988, but Brian Kelly has an undefeated team in South bend, Indiana.

Nick Saban is shooting to give Alabama their third championship in four years, officially making them a dynasty. This is to be the best team in College football for the 2012 season.

Join writer Eric Golub and Communities writers as we watch, and chat, the game together.

Chat starts at 7:45pm EST
