I am Brian Terry. I, Brian Terry, was murdered as a result of Operation Fast and Furious. I was murdered in cold blood. Eric Holder is covering up for former acting ATF Director Ken Melson and those at the highest levels of the ATF and the Department of Justice who approved Fast and Furious.

CHICAGO, June 20, 2012— President Obama claimed Executive Privilege in the Fast and Furious investigation Wednesday providing cover to Eric Holder’s cover up.  The president is now complicit in Eric Holder’s cover up and stonewalling.

This bears repeating: President Obama is covering up the cover up. President Obama is stonewalling the stonewalling.

Richard M. Nixon would be extremely proud of Barack H. Obama.

But now we know. There is a there there. There must be something so explosive to be worth hiding. There must be the mother of all smoking weapons of mass self-destruction to be buried.

There must be a terrible secret.

Eric Holder used every extraordinary political and semantic trick in the book to stonewall and cover up. Facing threats of contempt of Congress, Holder asked for and got the President to claim Executive Privilege.

The cover up and stonewalling is now beyond the extraordinary and is in the realm of the extreme.

Eric Holder has been extraordinarily extreme in his unreasonableness and irresponsibility. Congress keeps asking questions Holder does not want asked and does not want answered.

Why is Holder covering up and stonewalling what any competent investigator would tell you is an open and shut case? What horrible secret is he hiding?

This is no fishing expedition. This issue has been around for over eighteen months. Congressman Darrel Issa and his committee have been very specific in their requests. Issa recently made it known he has and is protecting the identity of insider whistle blowers leaking information.

A gambling man would be wise to bet Issa already has the documents he wants and needs or has access to them through insider leakers.

Border Patrol agent Brian Terry is dead. Murdered in cold blood. Possibly shot with one of two weapons found at the scene from Operation Fast and Furious. An ICE agent may also have been murdered with one of those weapons. Hundreds of innocent people have been murdered with those weapons in Mexico.

Don’t they deserve justice? Don’t their families deserve justice and truth?

Does Eric Holder preside over the Department of Justice or the Department of Lies, Cover-ups and Stonewalling?

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was not important to the national interest like Eric Holder. Brian Terry was just one of the little people. Dead, buried, and forgotten. Better he and the secrets from Fast and Furious stay that way.

Eric Holder and President Obama better remember one thing. There is a Jewish saying, Leo lam lo od. Never forget forever. The brotherhood of law enforcement will never forget Brian Terry forever. The brotherhood of law enforcement will never forgive those who are responsible for Brian Terry’s death forever.

Their voices are already being heard. The National Border Patrol Council, the union representing Border Patrol Agents, are demanding Eric Holder’s resignation. That amounts to a vote of no confidence.

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of others were murdered as a direct result of Fast and Furious. No one will be punished, fired, indicted, or tried if Eric Holder and President Obama have their way. Executive Privilege will see to it. They hope.

I am Brian Terry. I want honest answers. Is that unreasonable? Is that extraordinary? I was murdered. Why are Eric Holder and President Obama covering up and stonewalling the reason for my murder, Operation Fast and Furious? What and who are they hiding? Why are Eric Holder and President Obama playing extraordinary political gamesmanship with my life?

Attorney General Eric Holder and this president have a total disregard for the magnitude of the disaster called Operation Fast and Furious. Their reckless and feckless disregard is a slap in the face to the American people.

The people deserve to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. This administration does not care about the American people or the truth. They only care about themselves and their jobs.

Holder’s response to Darryl Issa’s Oversight Committee has been a continual litany of extraordinary self-aggrandizing. Holder is playing political games with politicians.

Executive Privilege kicked it up to a political game of chicken.

Holder is stonewalling and covering up. He is lying and a liar. With the extraordinary claim of Executive Privilege by President Obama the lies just got kicked up the ladder.

Barack H. Obama is now Richard M. Nixon.

Operation Fast and Furious was approved on Holder’s watch. Eric Holder owns Fast and Furious. With Executive Privilege President Obama now owns it. They can banter semantics and legal lexicology all they want. At the end of the day, it happened on their watch under their stewardship.

That makes Eric Holder and President Obama ultimately responsible.

Holder is morally, professionally, and legally responsible for those murders. He is enabling, aiding and abetting killers.

Holder has been transparently covering up and stonewalling this operation since it blew up in his face. Holder has no right to his job. Government service is a privilege not a right. Holder does not deserve the privilege to serve.

Competent responsible lawyers who can perform as high-level bureaucrats are a dime a dozen. Holder can be replaced in a heartbeat.

Eric Holder’s has shown extreme disregard for the magnitude of the disaster that is Operation Fast and Furious. Eric Holder has no shame, no ethics, no integrity, and no credibility.

Eric Holder is a disgrace to the profession of law and a stain on the profession of law enforcement.
