Keith Olbermann in cat house fight with Fox

CHICAGO, October 26, 2011—Keith Olbermann has done it again. He is the pot calling the kettle black while throwing stones in a glass brothel.

What put Olberman’s knickers in a twist was a Fox News report about Stacey Hessler, the 38 year old Florida wife and mother who fled kith and kin to live in a tent at Occupy Wall Street. With, it is reported, the support of her family.

But this is not about Mrs. Hessler or her family or even Occupy Wall Street.

This is about how Fox News anchors Allyson Camerota, Clayton Morris, and Dave Briggs harshly mocked Hessler, sending Olbermann into orgasmic paroxysms of apoplexy.

Olbermann referred to Fox News as a “political whorehouse” during his “Worst Person in the World” segment on Monday.  He called them the “B-team to the weekday dingbats” and proclaimed them “astoundingly bad.”

Even the progressive Huffington Post called Olbermann’s segment “charged.”

Which leads me to opine that Olbermann should know all about whores. Afterall, he’s a slatternly slick-tongued trollop selling his wares to the highest bidder.

Olbermann has been in a long-running war with Fox News, going back to his early days on MSNBC. He tweets profanity about the station on Twitter. He seems to believe that only he has the unalienable right to spin harsh rhetoric on the air. He rules the airwaves. All others must get off the stroll.

Evidently Olbermann felt the Fox anchors’ comments on Hessler were in poor taste and showed bad judgment. Yet, Keith Olbermann is the most bombastic, tasteless political pundit on television, and his history shows a pattern of exquisite bad judgement. Add to that a penchant for spiteful attacks, and he hardly seems to have any redeeming values. He makes Glenn Beck look thoughtfully saintly.

Olbermann isn’t paid to be thoughtful or tasteful. He’s paid to be hyperbolic and angry, and he delivers.

Olbermann has wandered from station to station, shilling for more money before he is too ravaged for the camera. He was a commuting courtesan in sports media, bouncing between various company street corners. Then he sold himself into political punditry.  If he did not have good oratory skills he would still be writing about the joy of baseball cards.

When he and MSNBC parted ways, Olbermann found a new pimp daddy in Al Gore. Gore partnered with others in the Best Little Whorehouse on Gaia, Current T.V.  Olbermann, the Chief News Courtesan, was given prominence in their stable of prime fillies.

If Olbermann were some pure and chaste pundit, he would have room to criticize the Fox anchors. And, admittedly, he is intelligent and has critical thinking capabilities.

Unfortunately, he uses his intellectual capacity like a sadistic dominatrix uses a dungeon. Instead of being entertaining, serious, or both, which he is capable of, he is cruel, base and low.

No one matches Olbermann for hard core political pornography. There are just enough people who indulge their political prurient interest in Olbermann’s punditry to keep him on the air.

Olbermann is a well compensated beneficiary of free speech, where even the most tasteless and disgusting expression is tolerated. That’s good. That is what America is all about. There is no organized movement to remove Olbermann from the airwaves, and there shouldn’t be.

Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck, Fox News, and others all face challenges everyday from large well funded groups trying to silence their right to free speech. Which makes Olbermann the protected beneficiary of hypocrisy.

Keith Olbermann is not only the worst person in the world, he should receive the “worst whore in the world” award. It’s really surprising he‘s paid for his services.
