CHICAGO, August 4, 2011 — Barack Obama is losing it all. He and his brain trust thought they could bring brilliance to governance. Their pride and prejudice blinded them to reality. Team Obama is nothing but a bright and shining lie.
They believed that governance was all about good sound bites. The real work was strictly reserved for the reelection campaign, a campaign that started on day one of this administration. Barack Obama has never stopped running for president. He’s run away from the American people.
Obama promised hope and change. He promised us open, transparent government. He promised a clean government. He gave us a closed, secretive government rivaling the Nixon years. We know less about his governance than we did about him when he was elected. Instead of creating a clean and antiseptic government, he’s inflicted a suppurating wound on the nation that refuses to heal.
Obama’s attitude from day one has been, I won, I can do what I want. He and his party never considered the people in their equation. They knew it all. They did not have to reveal anything. What did the people know, anyway?
Team Obama started manipulating the public and the press long before he won the election. They had a willing accomplice in the establishment media, which became the propaganda arm of Team Obama. The media helped him make his-story.
The lies, half-truths and fictions about why they are bankrupting the country, eroding rights, and taking control continue to this day. Their predictions on everything have been beyond inaccurate and inadequate. They just pull numbers out of a hat or make them up as they go along.
When the people soured on their governance, Team Obama turned on them. They’ve waged a terroristic communication war of attrition against us. American people have been called racists, extremists, terrorists, radicals, reactionaries, militants, and unpatriotic. We’ve been accused of being a worse threat to the nation than our foreign foes.
Team Obama created a list of enemies of the republic: billionaires, millionaires, people who make over 250 thousand dollars a year; banks, Wall Street, corporations, energy companies, health care companies, businesses large and small, manufacturers, and industries heavy and light.
The middle class had to be destroyed. Their uprising and the so called tea party groups could do him more harm than good. What better way to destroy them than to destroy the entities they rely on for their livelihood? Destroy the job creators and you destroy the middle class. Control the middle class and you control the government; no, you own the government. That is what welfare and unemployment insurance are for. They are not to help people, but to control them.
Instead of changing course when they could have, Obama and his team dug in further. It was going to be their way or the highway, and the people be damned. Their attitude is that the people are ungrateful and undeserving for finally getting a government like this.
The more they’ve dug in, the more dysfunctional the government has become. Now, almost three years later, the whole United States government is one giant dysfunctional entity. The people are fighting against the will of the government. The government couldn’t care less about what the people want. They are trying to dominate the will of the people. That is as it should be according to their playbook.
The United States has no leadership. We are now a rudderless ship, a danger to ourselves and to the rest of the world. The government is paralyzed. This paralysis is the result of pathological hubris and the audacity of hypocrisy.
Team Obama’s biggest mistake, next to bankrupting the nation, has been to damage the American psyche. America is a proud country. An exceptional country. Team Obama travels the nation trying to convince Americans there is nothing to be proud of. There is nothing exceptional about our nation. America owes an apology to the world for its very existence. He’s apologized at every opportunity in his world travels. He’s decreed the end of the American Era.
This is what we get when we elect people we know nothing about. We know less about the president than we did when we elected him, and our government reflects this. This is what we deserve when we elect a cipher to public office.
Team Obama refuses to see what is happening. The people have lost faith. There is no change, no hope. They’ve created despair, fear, and loathing. People from all classes - from the obscenely rich to those in abject poverty - are in solidarity. A new anti-establishment has formed across the land uniting unlikely groups.
People now have the audacity of hope. They know they can create change. Change they can believe in. Team Obama does not feel the winds of change blowing. The winds that will blow them out of the White House.
