When The Washington Times Communities recently spoke to WWE Superstar, Dolph Ziggler, about Washington D.C. and the WWE’s east coast travel schedule. “It’s a great time and always a good crowd. It’s [former WWE wrestler] Batista’s hometown, so there’s always something special going on. When he was involved, the crowd was always electric. And I feel like that’s why we continue to do our television shows there.”

Speaking of Batista, the WWE announced that the former four time World Heavyweight Champion will return to action soon. He will make an appearance Monday January 6, 2014 during Monday Night RAW’s Old School RAW in Baltimore, Maryland.
