Give me your money Kim Kardashian!

I’m not a Kim Kardashian basher. But Kim and her family are an easy target for gossip rags and web sites.

Boston, June 27, 2012 – I’m not a Kim Kardashian basher. Kim and her family are an easy target for many gossip rags and gossip web sites. It’s just not my thing to jump on the pile. And I have a confession to make, I watch all the Kardashian reality shows.

I hear you shouting “72 day wedding!!” “What are they famous for?” “Egotistic family!” Sigh. I can’t help it. I…I… like them. Kim seems to not have an evil bone in her body. Khloe makes me laugh and I love her relationship with Lamar. Kourtney is one smart cookie. Kris Jenner may be the most brilliant businesswomen of our time.

Yes, I said that.  So why am I writing this column? I want Kim Kardashian to give me her money.

Kardashians

O.k., I don’t want the money for myself. I’m a big supporter of some great charities and I’d love to have the Kardashian’s support the charities with online auctions, fundraisers etc. Yes, Kim does a nice thing by selling items on eBay and donating a portion of the proceeds to charity.

Kim’s causes are great, but I’d like to see more than 10% go to charity. The Kardashian empire is massive, successful and powerful.  Let’s see the empire use its power for good!!

Carroll Center for the Blind students

O.k., where do I want the money to go? As regular readers know, my favorite cause is The Carroll Center for the Blind. Watching people transform from being depressed and scared from their vision loss to being confident, happy individuals inspires me.

Carroll Center has helped so many children, adults, veterans and seniors over the past 75 years. It’s a special place.

So follow me on Twitter Kim, Khloe, Kourtney & Kris! Let’s chat and set up some fundraisers or auctions for the Carroll Center and other great causes. You have the opportunity to help some great people.

Do it. Please.
