From NBC 4 Washington:

New Details in Fatal Alexandria Police-Involved Shooting

Court documents reveal new details in a fatal police-involved shooting in Alexandria, Va., including the possible mental state of a man shot by officers.

Taft Sellers, 30, had a gun in his possession when officers arrived, investigators said. At some point, officers fired at him, and he died.
