Paolo Presta grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL where he always dreamt of being a part of the entertainment business in Hollywood.
For years, Paolo wrote to "The Oprah Winfrey Show" asking Oprah to help him fulfill that dream. Finally, in November of 2004, Oprah Winfrey surprised Paolo at his father's store and gave him a speaking role on NBC's "Will & Grace". His reaction is regarded as one of the greatest surprise moments in "Oprah Show" history. Since then, he has moved to Los Angeles where he transitioned from acting to fulfill his life-long dream of hosting his own talk show. He and his partner Patrick Thomassie created "A Spoonful of Paolo" in September 2011, and Paolo has been honored to sit down with today's hottest celebrities and some of his favorite Hollywood legends. "A Spoonful of Paolo", a 2012 Webby Award Honoree, is truly a labor of love for him and he hopes you sit back, eat a cookie and enjoy the show!
